FN Tire-Store is modern software for tyre shops and garages that store their customers' tyres, sometimes called a tyre hotel. It runs in a browser on any device. For each set of tyres you create a storage request with the car details, number of tyres, DOT code, season and whether the tyres are on rims.
You record the exact place in the warehouse and print a label for the tyres. You can find a customer in seconds by registration number or name, and see at any moment whether the tyres are stored, collected, forgotten or scrapped.

Bring order to your tyre storage
Create a storage request with details of the customer's car and the tyres left with you. Search easily by registration number, customer or request status.
Record the place in the warehouse
A dedicated field holds the storage location, so you can find each customer's tyres quickly.
Print a label
Print a label with the key details of the storage request, ready to attach to the stored tyres.
Request status
Follow what happens to each customer's tyres, with a clear history: stored, collected by the customer, forgotten or scrapped.
All the important details
Record whether tyres are stored with or without rims, the rim type (alloy or steel), the number of tyres, the DOT code and the season (winter, summer or all-season).
Move to the new season
There is no need to enter everything again. Move requests to the new season with one action: old requests go to the archive and the new ones become active.
Customer payment statement
Combine all of a customer's storage requests into one statement, with the total for the season. Print it for the customer, record the amount paid and see the balance due.

All prices are final prices in euro, VAT included. Payment is by bank transfer.
What the rental includes
The right to use the software during the rental period and all new versions, if any are released. Your data is held on FORNEXT servers, accessed over the internet and backed up every day. The database size for this price must not exceed 2 GB.
Support and warranty
Support
The rental and support are separate services. Additional services are arranged through a support subscription, which is optional, or through a local representative where one is available.
Changes on request
FN Tire-Store is a ready-made product. Customers can order additional features or modules for an extra charge, and FORNEXT may decline a change at its discretion. Changes that are made become available to all users.
Warranty
The warranty covers fixing software errors in the existing modules, free of charge, for as long as you rent the software. Other services such as configuration, consultation, training and custom development are charged separately.
